    A No. In fact, they don't work at all. Bought 2 sets as gifts for my family. Both fail in the same manner. 1 or the other headphone not communicating and losing connection repeatedly. Both were used with new IPhones.

  6. Q My mx10 wireless headphones will not connect to my ipad pro 11. do they only work with the iphone and not ipad?
    A Turn your device on.Go into your settings -> Bluetooth.Device ought to be there.If not, turn your Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then turn it back on to locate device.Follow instructions that came with device

    A Not sure if you mean muting yourself or the music/sound coming into your ears. If you mean pausing the sound in your ears, yes, a short push of the Multi Function button pauses the music.

    A I’m not sure about that but it comes with an assortment of extra covers!

    A Not that I’m aware. They are Bluetooth headphones and most of the airline connections are wired. If you are watching something on your personal device they will work through Bluetooth

    A There are 2 volume buttons on top of the power side, I increase the volume when talking with people then lower it to listen to music

  20. Q My mx10 stopped charging . it’s been just six month. what are my options?
    A Mine stopped working after the fifth use. I threw them away. I have had the same issue with Jabra brand and had to replace them. There was no other option.

    A That makes little difference if the ear buds don’t fit your ears. I thought these things were crap. Designed for running my ass that’s a flat out lie.

    A That seems more of a question for the manufacturer. Did you press the insignia on the R earpiece for 3-4 seconds? It will state “power on”.
  55. Q I have hearing aids that fit behinds my ear with a small tube going in my ear will this item work?
    A No, these earpieces would only work if your hearing aids are out as you cannot put more than one device in your ear at a time. If you are looking for headphones to be worn while you are wearing your hearing aids, you should look for "Over the ear" headphones. Maybe something like this: "Avantree 40 hr Wireless Bluetooth 4.1 Over-the-Ear Foldable Headphones Headset with Mic"

  60. Q As a landscaper and using loud equipment how much sound will I lose? iPhone buds used to be good but now they’re just drowned out.
    A They aren't noise canceling head phones which is what you need probably. You can turn the sound up loud and they'll drown out most sound but that's not protecting your ears. If you get a call on your phone, you can answer, hear and speak with these but a lot of models can do that now.
  61. Q Do these have volume adjustments?
    A Yes, there is volume adjustments. It has a +/- on the right ear bud. I can also adjust my volume from my iPhone.

    A I use it with my IPhone. Assuming your Mac air has Bluetooth (I believe it does) it should work just fine. I’ve been very pleased with mine btw.

    A Not sure what that is, sorry. They pop up on my Bluetooth IPad, IPhone and GMC Truck. I also have my iPhone sink with my Truck and if I forget to cut MX10 off the truck syncs with phone & MX10 which causes issues so I cut MX10 off.& must cut one off. It syncs just like phone.

  68. Q Is the noise cancellation active (reduced using electronics) or passive (earbuds make a tight fit with your ear, so less noise is heard)
    A When I am using these earbuds, the sound is crystal clear with very minimal outside noise affecting what I’m listening to. I don’t believe it’s the earbuds themselves although, they come with three different size bud covers to adjust to your preference. I use my earbuds mostly to talk on my cell. I am able to hear what is going on around me, but not so much that it distracts from hearing the person I’m speaking to. I love them.
  69. Q In making a quick phone call, will I get good enough results using just one of the headphones - or must I use both for them to work?
    A These are quality headphones and I often just use one if I am listening to the weather channel for news on our particular area of interest for example. I compared them to some of the airline bud headphones we had laying around the house and there is just no comparison to the quality of these phones. You will like the quality of sound. When making phone calls on my Galaxy 8 phone, I keep them on and use them when making a phone call via the Bluetooth link.
  70. Q How far can this be away from WiFi?
    A They work on bluetooth, not wifi. I pair up with my phone. I can get 30-40 feet away from my phone before the sound starts breaking up.

    A No, the do not. But I have never had an issue with them hanging on, I put the wire behind my neck and they just hang there when not in use.
