Have you checked the volume? If not it maybe the volume. This happened to me multiple times. If this doesn't help then, if you are using an android phone. The volume you are trying to turn up isn't the volume used for that app. Some bonus things that may help, power off your device fully, wait a few minutes then power it back on. If that doesn't help, maybe uninstall the app, then install it again.answered on 2021-04-10 00:00:00
